Software Trust Manager
Lead designer on DigiCert's platform for code signing and software supply-chain security. Most of this work is under a non-disclosure agreement, so this page covers scope rather than screens.
Overview
Software Trust Manager protects the keys that sign software and checks what ships for risk. Its users are security and DevOps engineers, so a confusing screen leads to real security mistakes.
I’m the lead designer on the product. I work across new capabilities, core workflows and the growth work that gets people to adopt them.
Product capabilities
AI Insights. A module powered by artificial intelligence that surfaces insights for each release and each vulnerability. Explainability and accuracy safeguards are built in, because security teams act on what it tells them.
Post-quantum readiness. Helping customers see where they stand and plan the move to post-quantum cryptography before it becomes urgent.
Secure Release Monitor. A new capability that watches software releases for supply-chain risk. I designed it end to end, from first concept to launch.
Keys and certificates. A redesign of the creation and management flows at the core of the product. Steps that used to be separate now run as one guided flow.
Dashboard. A redesigned home that shows what matters first and points people to their next step.
Growth and adoption
Product-led growth. In progress. Designing the path from first visit to real value with less reliance on sales and support.
GitHub onboarding. A direct sign-up and setup flow for teams that start from the GitHub integration.
Net Promoter Score surveys and Pendo guides. In-product surveys and onboarding guides that show where users get stuck and help them get past it. Their data feeds the product health reviews I run every quarter.
What’s next
I’m now building workflows based on artificial intelligence into how we design, from research synthesis to working prototypes. The goal is simple: a shorter path from a customer problem to a tested answer.
