At DigiCert I lead UX for Software Trust Manager and Secure Release Monitor. The role goes past screens. I run quarterly product health reviews that put NPS and Pendo data next to customer interviews, and those reviews now shape what the roadmap funds.
Before that, at Unisys, I led design for banking and public-sector clients. I also ran a 12-person team that built a React component library for the company and its clients. It cut development time by 60%.
AI is part of how I work every day. It speeds up research synthesis, gives me more directions to compare and lets me build working front ends in Claude Code. The time I save goes into the work that needs judgement: framing the right problem and getting stakeholders behind a decision.
Experience
I started by designing and building SaaS tools. Now I lead UX for an enterprise security platform.
I lead UX for Software Trust Manager and Secure Release Monitor, which protect code-signing keys and software supply chains. I designed the AI Insights feature and started quarterly product health reviews that changed the roadmap. I also redesigned the Software Trust Manager dashboard, brought onboarding into one guided flow, and helped implement unified navigation across the product.
Led design on banking and public-sector products, from kickoff to developer handoff. On Unisys Digital Banking, research across 1,000+ user interactions lifted engagement by about 40%. I also led 12 people building a React component library that cut development time by 60% and errors by 30%.
Designed Talview’s remote hiring platform and owned job requisition management end to end. I also ran the brand style guide across web and mobile, worked with product and engineering from planning to release, and planned OKRs for the design work.
Designed Itilite’s corporate travel booking apps and owned the product UI. I created the company’s first brand guidelines and design system. Teams shipped faster, and customer satisfaction went up.
Designed SEO tools from first sketch to final mock-up, then built them with Bootstrap and Laravel. I also handled every design job for the company and its clients: websites, landing pages, social campaigns and marketing assets.
