Job Requisition Platform
A requisition platform that puts everything about a job role and its applicants in one place for recruiters and admins.
Context
Recruiters and hiring admins had no single place to see a job role and everyone who’d applied for it.
My role
I owned the design end to end: concept, style guide and final screens for web and mobile.
What I did
I started with a tight style guide, a small palette and a Roboto type scale, so every screen would match. Sign-in uses Google or Microsoft accounts. The dashboard and job pages surface what matters most about each role. A candidate table shows every applicant’s status and latest activity, one click from their full profile.
Outcome
One place to manage a hire, for everyone involved.
